講起crepe 通常都會諗起法國,但今次食呢間就係加拿大過江龍,佢地亞洲第一間分店座落中環,上個月lunch去都好多人去懲罰,lunch set包湯或沙律同飲品,餐湯係手打蘑菇湯,唔係金寶湯貨色,唔夠飽仲可加配甜crepe,不過以我地連個main都食唔哂,見隔離枱個Nutella crepe幾正咁,下次黎要試下!🍽St. Jacques 黑松露香煎帶子法式薄餅以前食鹹薄餅會用薄脆嘅galette,呢度就照用返crepe,薄餅煙韌有蛋香,因為即叫即做所以要等耐少少。呢個薄餅真係超足料!除左面頭兩塊好香牛油味嘅煎帶子外,切開後帶子粒多到滿瀉,唔駛擔心邊角位要齋食薄餅。醬汁好濃芝士味,無意粉嗰種cream sauce 咁膩,黑松露味就主要黎自面頭嘅松露醬,整體黎講好出色,如果可夾埋蘑菇等其他材料無咁單調就更好。🍽香煎龍脷柳魚柳朋友on diet叫左呢款,雖然唔係佢地嘅主打,但龍脷柳質素都幾好,個皮輕輕炸過,肉質嫩滑,配食到番茄蓉嘅茄醬、沙律菜同藜麥沙律。唯一要挑剔嘅就配菜同跟餐嘅沙律一模一樣,而且黑醋多左少少,如果叫呢款就跟餐湯啦。

朋友on diet叫左呢款,雖然唔係佢地嘅主打,但龍脷柳質素都幾好,個皮輕輕炸過,肉質嫩滑,配食到番茄蓉嘅茄醬、沙律菜同藜麥沙律。唯一要挑剔嘅就配菜同跟餐嘅沙律一模一樣,而且黑醋多左少少,如果叫呢款就跟餐湯啦。
