水母刺身唔多見,每次見到都一定叫,貪佢煙韌爽口,水母本身味道清淡,加上酸醋醬汁好開胃

◇ 日式雞鎚花蝦
外層樱花蝦炸到金黃色,入口非常香脆,特色係將墨魚滑包住雞鎚,有雞肉香滑之餘又有墨魚滑嘅彈牙,沾上沙律醬味道更佳

◇ 拖羅蓉脆米餅
將拖羅打成蓉仍不失鮮味,夾脆米餅可豐富口感,賣相亦好靚,色香味齊晒

◇ 蓬松玉子
