To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

*法式香草牛油焗田螺估你唔到，幾好食，比其他餐廳較為大粒，個墊底嘅薯蓉燒過少少都好味。*蟹肉意大利麵伴松葉蟹羔忌廉汁一上枱已聞到好香，賣相又靚。將蟹羔拌勻啲麵嘅時候，熱到出煙。佢算多蟹肉，而且係大大舊，唔會話得啲蟹柳絲咁。個汁好濃，食哂之後仲有汁剩。*加拿大豬鞍扒10安士份量，一個人食之後應該唔使食其他。塊扒咁厚，有唸過會唔會好韌、好‘鞋’。但唔會囉，一切就得，仲有一啲都唔‘鞋’、唔乾。佢個面燒得好靚，有哂網紋。成塊肉唔使任何伴汁都已經好好味。推介呀！*菠蘿青檸梳打好鍾意飲梳打嘅，呢杯菠蘿味較重。而友人嘅熱牛奶朱古力就不過不失。餐廳環境好優雅，好啱情侶或兩三個好友慢慢傾，慢慢品嚐一下啲美食。
