To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返工返到吽晒,真係要食吓新奇美食調劑吓。😫 講起東南亞風情美食,多數人會講起泰國菜、叻沙、越南湯粉等。但印尼食物呢,相信大家多數諗起便利店既印尼撈麵 / 印尼蝦片,比較少作為正餐。今次喺銅鑼灣覓食,R竟然發掘到一間好多人排隊幫襯既小店《班蘭葉印尼餐廳》。 餐廳人氣極旺盛,平日晚大概7點全店坐滿,好彩唔洗等好耐就入到座。打開餐牌,印尼美食琳瑯滿目,選擇非常之多,有齊海鮮、肉類、串燒、炒菜等不同種類,亦令我哋掙扎一輪先揀齊美食。😜醬燒牛丸 ($58) 牛丸爆汁, 牛味香濃。😋 沙嗲汁有薑味,味道層次豐富,唔會覺得好膩。虎蝦沙嗲 ($88) 原隻虎蝦淋上帶少少辣味嘅秘製醬汁,獨特調味襯托虎蝦本身嘅鮮甜,無得頂!😋 先食一啖原汁原味,再蘸沙嗲汁食一啖,口味各有千秋,啱晒各人口味。😛  原條魚花膠湯粉皮 ($108) 無味精全天然熬製嘅湯頭,配上一大件花膠、杞子、蟲草花,飲落口滋潤清甜,喉嚨好舒服,啱哂各位養生貪靚既朋友!😛 印尼粉皮薄而軟滑,好易入口。 原條魚煎到脆卜卜😙,配合質感結實而味道咸鮮魚肉,好滋味!☺️   印尼特色炒飯 ($88) 今餐驚喜之作!💗 未食過《班蘭葉》嘅炒飯,係唔會知道

  《班蘭葉》呢味炒飯夠乾身、夠WOK氣、飯粒飽滿,配上胡椒、辣椒等調味,令人一啖接一啖食唔停口!

愛好椰子嘅我哋,抵受唔住珍多冰嘅誘惑。🤪《班蘭葉》杯珍多冰呈上枱時層次分明,有齊珍多嘅綠、椰汁嘅白同椰糖嘅啡,好養眼。😍 撈勻一啜,香甜唔在講,最欣賞珍多食落新鮮,唔會冰鎮到硬掘掘,細節裏盡顯高質。👑🥰 

《班蘭葉印尼餐廳》特色印尼菜咁正,抵佢平日晚都爆場滿座。😉 門外亦有售賣有咸有甜嘅新鮮印尼傳統小食,可惜當晚食太飽,下次有機會一定要買啲返去食。😝
