To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先餐廳菜單嘅選擇唔多 剩係得一個dinner set同埋兩頁嘅單點 七個人去食嗌乜冇乜 仲要嗌咗個蠔周打湯 冇晒蠔唔同我哋講自己轉左青口之餘仲要淡過水 是日餐湯雜菜湯可以整到同大家樂啲餐湯一樣味 主菜牛扒又鞋 嗌五成熟嚟到好似八成咁 個墨汁龍蝦意大利飯超級腥 啲龍蝦仲要唔熟嘅 仲要啲侍應都傻傻地 個是日沙律明明係火雞火腿沙律講做Pama ham沙律 個甜品Tiramisu簡直係伏中之伏 完全係嘉頓蛋糕嘅味 仲有個gelato係奇怪香精味淡茂茂咁 雖然啲人態度幾好不過極不推薦 侍應好似發緊夢 咁啲嘢食又貴又難食 仲要食得出啲材料勁cheap
