我呢個火鍋達人最中意放假周圍搵高質既火鍋店，大大話話都食左30多間，價錢有貴有平，最主要睇性價比，貴唔一定好，但平亦不一定難食！今次揀左銅鑼灣百樂中心胡爐，同男朋友兩個去挑戰，試下唔理budget當放題咁叫🤣湯好多人都會忽略，我都幾著重湯，所以揀左店員推介既龍蝦海鮮鍋🦞配料好足！龍蝦開邊，仲有膏，不論係擺設或味道，都係誠意滿滿等個爐滾時候當然要試下小食，叫左招牌炸魚皮同即炸響鈴，做到非常鬆脆的口感，沒有起渣的口感，食落冇油溢味👍🏻手打蝦滑仲保留原粒蝦仁，口感爽滑彈牙

湯好多人都會忽略，我都幾著重湯，所以揀左店員推介既龍蝦海鮮鍋🦞配料好足！龍蝦開邊，仲有膏，不論係擺設或味道，都係誠意滿滿

等個爐滾時候當然要試下小食，叫左招牌炸魚皮同即炸響鈴，做到非常鬆脆的口感，沒有起渣的口感，食落冇油溢味👍🏻手打蝦滑仲保留原粒蝦仁，口感爽滑彈牙
