如果要食放題,其實主要係睇剌身新不新鮮,更重要係熟食既水準,因為剌身都係考驗來貨.上次黎番本食過放題,覺得剌身固之然新鮮,更重要係有部份好食既熟食!近呢幾年重太多伏了,所以都係搵呢間食過穩陣上次我努力為番本食左N隻赤蝦,依家諗起都好得人驚.其實要係放題番食到番本,只可以係心理上,現實唔太可能.問君能吃幾多舊,恰似一碌赤蝦向胃流.每人食到十幾隻已經好多了一開始都係要點唔係升級既剌身開開胃,三文魚夠滑魚味足,亦算肥美,白肉豚亦係肥美之選,始終夠多魚脂特別美味.其他無咩食到,不評論牛柳粒黑椒味十足,肉無過熟但比較實,洋蔥令到肉粒味道更平衡不太辛辣,算係個幾開胃既食物焗蠔下既調味很濃,沙律醬芝士煙肉之類集於一身,把蠔肉不大既缺點覆蓋,連醬汁一同放落口十分滿足.旁邊既炒魷味道與牛粒相若清酒煮蜆亦很清甜,其實重點在於湯,蜆肉味道已流在湯中呢度飲品有齊嗥酒汽水,更重要係清酒梅酒亦有.我當然要飲下梅酒,酸酸咪咪,梅味濃郁夠冰凍主角出場,眾志成城一起消滅赤蝦.肉厚爽甜,啖啖肉,蝦頭膏更是精采,味道濃厚無異味,當你食左呢個SIZE既赤蝦,你就會完全放棄食手指尾SIZE甜蝦仔.呢50蚊既升級MENU一定要加

蟹粥亦係水準之上,粥綿,下了菇類,令粥底更香濃,蟹味雖不夠強烈,但起馬足料,蟹蓋亦有膏食.4個人食每人幾口已很足夠.另外呢度既燒菠羅亦係十分好食,因為極多汁,落左少少肉桂粉同焦糖更香甜,必食.
