淘大這個細細的屋苑商場,竟然開了一間少有走型格工業風的餐廳酒吧,環境很 CHILL的。餐廳提供多款自家釀製手工啤及特式雞尾酒。食物方面多數以西式為主,但都有提供多款日式串燒,好適宜送酒,晚市亦有套餐供應。最近我們決定單點。前菜要了一個香草白酒煮花甲,花甲厚肉肥美,食落沒有半點沙,而白酒在煮的過程中已揮發,所以不會有太重酒味。主菜點了一個蒜片紅椒蟹肉扁意粉,意粉煮得軟硬適中,用上蒜片紅椒來炒,香味十足又惹味,蟹肉份量亦不少,還配上少許幾隻的爽口蝦肉。另外點了3 份串燒,一份雞軟骨($26),一份明太子雞翼($42/2隻)及一份有機大啡菇($46)。串燒的調味剛好,不會太咸,燒得香口,大啡菇燒得唔乾身,食落仍然juicy,配上木魚更好味。有串燒當然最好配杯酒,但需要揸車關係,最後只可以配上奇異果青檸梳打吧。
