To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前陣子到印尼出差後一直對當地美食念念不忘,非常時期未能外遊,唯有到有小爪哇之稱的糖街頂頂癮班蘭葉是我在香港吃過最地道的印尼餐廳,小店面積不大,但微黃的燈光,嫩綠的斑蘭葉裝飾,倍添小島風情白鱔沙嗲是我最喜愛的串燒,白鱔肉質肥美,入口滿滿魚油香!加上自家製醬汁鮮味十足巴東牛肉飯可以轉作黃薑尖塔飯,以香蘭葉、檸檬葉、黃薑及椰漿煮成的鬆香米飯,搭配微辣的巴東牛肉突顯醬汁裡的香料,牛肉腴嫰但留有口感必食推介印尼花膠湯班蘭雞粉皮的雞及花膠湯粉皮分開上。雞肉香滑,花膠湯有大片花膠,湯底香濃,還有少少黏口,非常足料,有豐富骨膠原,粉皮皮薄嫩滑跟花膠湯十分配合東南亞菜特飲不可少,龍眼冰甜度剛好,清甜可口箭葉果混桔蜜酸甜開胃,潤肺止咳,生津止渴,抗疫之選
