To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 到Porterhouse吃Brunch自助餐🤩,位於中環蘭桂坊德己立街30-32號加州大廈7樓。 大年初六都唔算多人, 餐廳時尚高雅, Brunch每位$558📍, 可以另加$298位📍,兩小時任飲汽酒和紅白酒。 但實在太多美食, 所以我們只點了一支Prosecco $580📍。 有前菜、冷盤、 凍海鮮、扒類、熟食和甜品, 另外每人會送一隻鮑魚😁。沙律和芝士都不錯, 最喜歡水牛芝士好creamy😋。 凍海鮮有波士頓龍蝦、 麵包蟹、生蠔、鱈場蟹腳、翡翠螺、加拿大蜆和大蝦。📌龍蝦肉質太韌, 📌麵包蟹多膏, 📌生蠔肉質爽甜, 📌鱈場蟹腳味道普通, 📌翡翠螺口感煙韌, 🗄️大蜆和📌大蝦都是普通。 扒類我喜歡牛扒肉質軟腍🥩, 配上紅酒汁味道更濃厚。 羊架味道比較普通🍗,沒有羊騷味。 熟食我試了蒸魚和咖哩雞, 兩款都是口感偏硬。 但我幾喜歡即叫即整的意粉🍝, 味道不錯。 甜品種類有幾款, 大多是偏甜的, 推介咖啡味雪糕🍦, 香濃軟滑。 整體而言食物、環境、服務都可以, 不妨一試😊。
