To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小食方面我地就揀左試沙嗲串燒 我地試左牛 羊 雞 白鱔 其實仲有好多選擇😍 4款當中我更愛羊肉同白鱔 羊肉味濃 燒香後仲好嫩 點上沙嗲醬好惹味🤤 白鱔係串燒類唔算好常見 呢到都整得好好食 燒到外皮香脆 又能鎖住魚肉鮮嫩既味道😋

飲品方面更多元化 花多眼亂 最後我地試左箭葉果混吉蜜同咖啡沙冰🍹 箭葉果混吉蜜真係第一次試 老闆見我哋咁有興趣 仲拎左原隻箭葉果比我地睇 原來係皺皮鹹柑桔 飲品加埋檸檬 柑桔蜜 感覺好清新👅

可能同老闆 老闆娘太好傾 食飽飽佢地竟然請糕點我地試😭 小店既人情味真係好濃❤️ 入面分別有千層糕 紫薯味嘅班蘭蛋糕 同椰絲pancake 千層糕我地試左原味同綠豆味 超煙韌 唔會好甜 好正宗👅 佢哋仲有買好多款口味 例如紫薯 黑糯米等等😍 而蛋糕更係近來食過最高質 勁鬆軟好好食🤩 椰絲pancake入面係滿滿嘅蔗糖椰絲 比起其他兩款甜品會甜一d 真係超滿足既一晚🌟
