To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次選擇康得思THE PLACE 吃自助餐，主要原因是交通方便地點位於朗豪坊吃飽也可以逛街最方便不過而且openrice 的評價也不錯！首先一坐下就看到海鮮BAR ,海鮮有 :生蠔，長腳蟹，青口，蜆，蟹鉗！雖然沒有我愛吃的螺但這次的生蠔令我驚喜生蠔非常新鮮沒有腥味和蠔殼碎！非常推薦大家去吃！吃完海鮮就去吃刺身咯，刺身分別有三文魚，墨魚，吞拿魚，我只拿了墨魚跟三文魚，好吃！不過不知道是不是太多人吃三文魚我覺得不夠冷哈哈，不過不影響啦～～然後就吃其他熱食，有牛扒，梅醬骨，蝦球，咖哩等等，我個人不推薦吃牛太熟啦，咬不動！不過我超推薦大家喝燉湯！這次的准山燉雞湯超好喝！我們仨人都喝過，一致好評啦！沙律🥗 我覺得選擇不多，沙律菜苦的甜品方面我很滿意有即做的香蕉迷你熱香餅！配朱古力醬，特製香蕉🍌醬和雪糕！超滿足另外蛋糕🍰，馬卡龍，布甸，豆腐花，紅豆沙也好吃！沒有中伏感覺最後总結好吃，服務態度好，每個服務人員都帶有微笑不會有黑面黑口的事情發生有興趣朋友可以試試！還有飲品方面每位跟餐包1杯咖啡茶，果汁，酒類要另外加錢的噢！下一次憑單惠顧lunch buffet 有7折！只限一至五！
