餐廳很有神秘感,門口大堂位圓形,未見進入餐廳的通道,原來推開門,見到酒吧位置,即是餐廳有提供酒、cocktail、mocktail等等,再經過有私人度高的大枱房,之後行到有數個大梳化的座位,寬敞舒適空間感大。服務很好很貼心,服務員都了解每道菜及飲品,並會講解給客人,上菜也會按客人進食速度,一道一道上菜。我覺得有幾道菜有驚喜,很有創意,估唔到中菜都可以又靚又多變化。脆炸韭菜鴨血平時都食韭菜豬紅,餐廳用了鴨血,做了韭菜鴨血,再炸脆外層。鴨血好鮮嫩,外層係好似椒鹽豆腐的炸皮一樣,炸皮薄而不油賺,非常香脆。酒糟醉雞卷雞卷加入木耳同甘筍,令口感更加爽脆,雞肉嫩滑有彈性,也很入味,帶有陣陣酒香,雞皮爽滑不膩。爵士湯用左蜜瓜、螺片、花膠,煲成的龍蝦湯,有濃郁龍蝦香味,加左蜜瓜令個湯更清甜鮮味,還有滋補提鮮的螺片及滋陰養顏的爽口花膠,個湯好夠熱,飲完個人好暖好舒服。花圖和牛寶盒和牛卷著腐皮、大豆芽、沙葛,口感豐富,牛肉味道濃郁,以水煮烹製和牛,香中帶微辣,好惹味不膩。花蜜咕嚕肉好有創意,比平時咕嚕肉大左一倍,原來豬肉包著菠蘿粒,有種一口就食到所有咕嚕肉材料的感覺,炸得好鬆脆,炸衣吸哂醬汁,有花蜜清甜,
