To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The Place位於旺角嘅康得思酒店，佢哋嘅自助餐一直都係人氣之選，食材配搭多元化，而且飾物高質，有生蠔、香煎鵝肝、長腳蟹、龍蝦、麵包蟹、刺身任食！最特別係佢哋提供粉紅色rose酒同埋甜品超特別！😚想食平少少去考慮佢哋嘅午市：-🔸生蠔冷盤類有美國同法國兩款生蠔🦪，幾新鮮，即叫即開，以冷盤亦都有長腳蟹、龍蝦、麵包蟹、大大盤煙三文魚、芝士、薯仔沙律等等-🔸蒸海鮮蒸鮑魚、蒸蝦、蒜蓉粉絲蒸帆立貝，都好鮮甜，好彈牙-🔸壽司刺身類基本款式都有齊：三文魚、希靈魚、北寄貝等等，仲可以叫炸蝦手卷等-🔸鵝肝多士呢款真係超級多人排隊，師傅默默煎，雖然真係好驚食到三高，但真係忍唔到口🫣，太香了吧！-🔸熟食有鐵板燒料理，烤鹹牛舌、牛扒、雞扒等，亦都有天婦羅🍤，羊架不錯，仲有西班牙炒飯、印度薄餅等等-🔸甜品有movenpick多款口味雪糕任食，台灣芋圓、葡撻、香蕉同雪梨🍐形狀嘅蛋糕，開心果蛋糕、奶凍杯等等-🐰💬小結：坐得好舒適，張枱夠闊，而家食物選擇都好多，食得好滿足，唯一覺得鐵板燒可以再改善下，其他類型都比一般嘅自助餐好好多🫡~Recommended
