To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一講到食印尼菜,我好自然會諗起銅鑼灣嘅「班蘭葉印尼美食」,除咗價格相宜,食物仲非常好味、老闆同員工亦非常親切。今晚我又過咗銅鑼灣班蘭葉開餐喇。印尼花膠湯班蘭雞 -原本係配白飯,其實可以加錢轉班蘭/黃薑飯。我今晚就轉咗黃薑尖塔飯,因為感覺同班蘭雞襯啲。依道菜抵在同一時間可以食到班蘭雞同花膠湯。花膠湯味香濃,仲有大大塊嘅花膠,絕對真材實料。班蘭雞都有四份一隻,除咗翼位,件件都起哂骨,食起上嚟都係啖啖嫩滑嘅雞肉,好好味。瑪瑯大粒包細粒牛丸湯 -最吸引當然係佢哋嘅大粒包細粒牛丸啦,粒牛丸仲大過拳頭嫁。切開大牛丸,入面仲有幾粒細牛丸、肉碎同埋鵪鶉蛋,夠哂驚喜。唔好以為牛丸只得賣相,唔好睇佢大大粒咁,大細牛丸都好彈牙、牛味香濃嫁。沙嗲串燒 -印尼菜當然唔少得沙嗲串燒,我今晚就點咗牛、羊沙嗲串燒。串燒燒得好好,牛肉同羊肉嫩滑多汁,再點埋佢哋自家調配嘅醬汁,相當惹味。石粟馬拉盞炒通菜 -我個人認為「班蘭葉」嘅石粟馬拉盞炒通菜同其他印尼餐廳嘅好食,可能因為「班蘭葉」有加入番茄,令通菜更加鮮甜咗。咖啡沙冰 - 咖啡沙冰再加入咖啡,咁就可以邊飲咖啡邊食沙冰,超爽。咖啡沙冰嘅咖啡味亦好香。依個誠意推介俾大家啊
