To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我10號晚先找食自助餐，找了數間酒店自助都無11號訂位，咁岩唯獨the place有得訂，咁就嚟呢度食自助午餐@@我們1145就到，門口已經企滿人，好快就入座@@我自小對海產蝦蟹敏感，就不會一開始就衝去海產區覓食，眼見有新鮮生蠔、藍青口、凍蝦及小龍蝦@@反而去了沙律區～自己撈～樣樣拿少少堆砌～旁邊有個玻璃樽放了無花果干～我都食了不少～唔知有冇人發現～，其實去其他自助餐食～我都會留意到不起眼位置都有玻璃瓶，但好多人都吾會拿來食，可能望吾到卦～今次發現有橄欖油蕃茄仔～醃蕎頭……仲有…留待其他食家發現@@壽司刺身區～壽司都系嗰啲～刺身三文魚八爪魚希靈魚～無乜特別～都拿少少食@@甜品區～榴槤斑蘭班戟～自選MÖVENPICK® 雪糕配牛角包～紅豆沙～豆腐花～麵包布甸～多款精緻甜品@@飲品區～有兩部咖啡機，我不飲咖啡～我飲了果茶～可樂～旁邊有生果～我無食～望到有火龍果西瓜@@熱盤有紐西蘭肉眼扒～泰式豬頸肉～烤豬手～煎鱸魚～海南雞飯～印度炒飯～印度咖哩@@食到中段～職員行來問～我聽到有冇老人家～用什麼埋單～七五折～有冇人生日～對話由太太負責～我無理會～但知道尾段有職員免費送上點了蠟燭生日蛋糕～蛋糕系
