To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食自助餐當然首先第一時間就去左睇海鮮先啦❗️佢凍海鮮種類都算比較多，除左有啲青口、螺、凍蝦🐑🦐之外，佢仲有龍蝦🦞、長腳蟹同埋面包蟹🦀添😃我就試左隻龍蝦同面包蟹，龍蝦我就覺得麻麻地，啲肉有啲晦😵相反面包蟹就爆晒膏😆❗️啲肉都ok嘅另外仲有兩款生蠔可以任食，每次師傅每次每人會俾4隻，每款兩隻😃生蠔有一款都算飽滿肥美，但另一款蠔就麻麻地，勁細隻同偏晒，唔算新鮮，同埋有啲沙，食到尾好似有啲苦苦地😣所以拎左一轉就冇拎另外熟食方面唔算太多款，但值得一讚嘅係佢嘅鵝肝多士🦆每次師傅每人俾兩件，佢俾左一件勁大件❗️大件過塊多士😆😆所以有啲漏🤭另外仲有啲鐵板燒專區，有牛舌，牛排，雞翼...仲有啲清蒸海鮮：鮑魚、扇貝、海蝦仲有啲芝士釀蟹蓋、肉眼扒等等甜品方面都算幾多種類，有兩款榴槤甜品，一款係榴槤泡芙同榴槤千層酥😄榴槤泡芙我覺得榴槤味唔算重，但個外皮都算脆嘅比較起上黎我覺得榴槤千層酥好食啲❗️榴槤味比較香同埋有啲榴槤肉😆千層酥做得唔錯，好酥化😃另外仲有好多甜品同埋有Movenpick雪糕🍦添由於實在太飽試唔晒咁多野，$7××黎講我就覺得唔算太抵，自助餐總類唔算太多jan_foodie

每次師傅每次每人會俾4隻，每款兩隻😃生蠔有一款都算飽滿肥美，但另一款蠔就麻麻地，勁細隻同偏晒，唔算新鮮，同埋有啲沙，食到尾好似有啲苦苦地😣所以拎左一轉就冇拎
另外熟食方面唔算太多款，但值得一讚嘅係佢嘅鵝肝多士🦆每次師傅每人俾兩件，佢俾左一件勁大件❗️大件過塊多士😆😆所以有啲漏🤭

另外仲有啲鐵板燒專區，有牛舌，牛排，雞翼...
仲有啲清蒸海鮮：鮑魚、扇貝、海蝦
