三款海鮮我哋要咗海蝦🦐、活蜆活青口,每款各有十隻。餐廳幾君真,會列出每款海鮮嘅份量,免卻海鮮價嘅情況🙈。活蜆最正,又大隻又好肉,就算醬料濃都食得出鮮味。青口都新鮮,但肉偏細粒,唔肥美。另外,蝦就正常。

路易斯安那特色蟹餅Louisiana Crab Cake($98),蟹餅又係餐廳另一名物,圓形厚厚一大件放咗喺鐵板上。當蟹餅被切開後,我見到嘅就係滿滿嘅蟹絲🦀,食落好正,因為係真材實料,無混入其他食材。

雖然蟹餅係煎,但並唔油,配上蛋黃醬食好搭調。考慮到蟹餅其實都幾大件,所以定價算幾抵食😛。

裝蝴蝶粉嘅碟唔算大,但食落發現份量正常。🍄黑松露忌廉醬汁超濃郁,由於無加入芝士,醬汁保持流質,唔會變得纏人或太漏。每粒蝴蝶粉都掛哂汁,本身又夠彈牙,唔錯。不過我認為呢道菜嘅定價稍貴,因為無乜餸;加上其他餐廳賣依個價錢嘅Pasta多數都係美國份量,夠幾個人食。

一般而言,紐約芝士蛋糕嘅口感都會比較厚實,就算好食但食多幾啖已經會厭咗。但呢度嘅唔同,口感稍為綿啲,有少少似雪糕入口即化嘅效果,但芝士味並無因此而變淡🧀。最特別嘅地方係餅底變身為碎碎,混入咗喺蛋糕入面,食落幾過癮。

飲品方面,我哋要咗兩杯用薑水Ginger Ale做Base嘅Mocktail($58)🍹:Peach on the Beach以及Tuscany Sun。前者綠色嗰杯飲落清新啲,因為加咗薄荷葉同青檸;而後者黃色嗰杯就甜啲。

我喺上面已經陳述唔少有關食材高質同食物味道出眾嘅部份。除此之外,服務亦值得一讚👍,特別係女經理,佢好專業咁介紹菜式,過程中亦好貼心,擔心陽光會唔會曬親我哋呢。餐廳重視客人意見,仲會主動遞上意見卡!

總括嚟講,呢餐真係好開心,好滿足啊😆,價錢係貴,但佢對得住個價錢。如果同朋友慶祝生日,我會選擇幫襯呢度💯!
