To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近銅鑼灣特別多優惠,逛完街血拼完走過來糖街吃印尼菜,沒想起星期五人流超多,等了半個小時,建議要訂位呢!燒雞班蘭尖塔飯($98)有半隻雞,雞肉滑嫩,雞皮帶點香脆油香,醬汁惹味,一旁的醬料很夠辣,非常好吃呢!原條魚花膠湯粉皮($78)份量驚人,魚燒得金黃,肉質入味。花膠有一大塊再加數塊小的,份量也足的!花膠湯濃郁充滿膠質,粉皮多而滑溜溜的,好吃!石栗馬拉盞炒通菜($72)相對地不算辣,如果可以再惹味點會更好呢!珍多冰($28)及青檸梳打($28),兩者都價錢合理又夠解渴,不錯!性價比高的一頓飯,尤其那燒雞,難怪人流不斷!
