To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁𠹌難食嘅燒賣真係成個香港都搵唔到第二到有了，真正嘅獨一無二口感嘔心，好似咬緊粉同膠咁影片分享網站有報導話呢間係用鯪魚肉同大地魚整嘅燒賣但我食完之後淨係可以講嗰味真係好假食到嘅唔係鯪魚肉，而係鯪魚肉嘅腥味咬到嘅唔係加咗大地魚嘅燒賣，而係大地魚粉同胡椒粉。我要食鯪魚肉我唔識自己去街市買呀？我要食胡椒粉惠康冇呀？ 講真句，比起特登去石硤尾食呢啲燒賣，我都係落旺角是但搵間一蚊一粒嘅燒賣好過真正嘅狗也不吃
