已開業一年的新加坡過江龍樂天皇朝,開業時人龍不絕,幸好人多還可訂位,之前已到訪兩次,今次與P先生一齊交流花生事宜,點了不少菜式,當然值得介紹是皇朝八色小籠包,還有貓紙教大家如何順序食,原味>人參>鵝肝>黑松露>芝士>蟹粉>蒜香>麻辣,除原味及人參比較無咁濃味而建議點醋食外,其餘都因其食材比較濃味而不用點,個人比較喜歡鵝肝同麻辣,此兩款之味道較為出色!
