香港有好多日本拉麵都好有水準,已經食咗好多間,但係一蘭個豚骨湯底🍖,真係令人念念不忘。以前有個日本朋友教我,佢哋日本拉麵嘅豚骨湯,係充滿濃濃嘅骨膠原🧏🏻‍♀️,對身體好,通常佢哋都係成碗飲晒。嘻嘻,每次嚟我都會加叉燒,今日好肚餓😆,所以仲加多半份拉麵,另一樣,喜歡一蘭嘅原因,就係可以依據你個人口味,為你烹調一碗屬於你的拉麵,我今日嘅口味係:❤️🍜口味濃淡:濃味油膩度:普通蒜泥:1份蔥:有义燒:有 (再加4片叉燒)赤紅秘製醬汁:普通麵的硬度:硬加麵:半份豚骨湯底係拉麵的骨幹,一蘭嘅秘製豚骨湯熬製10幾個鐘,濃郁順口,叉燒柔滑不油膩。自家製嘅拉麵,彈牙美味,一直保持水準,香香嘅蔥蒜,把整個麵推上高峰。你睇吓我,次次嚟都成碗湯飲晒😆,個湯實在好濃郁,太好喝了,而且飲完一啲都唔會覺得口渴👍。香港一蘭嘅裝修同日本差唔多,每人一格,好啱而家疫情下,自己有自己嘅空間。
