To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天天出街食飯,會趨向選擇簡單而健康的菜式,今晚見到一道菜--香菇扒節瓜脯 ,既簡單又健康,又有異於普通的菜心芥蘭,而且價錢不貴,只是一百零八元,一定要試試。我們來食晚飯,通 常兩送一湯,今晚試新菜式,果然有水準,一大碟香菇瓜脯上臺,又圓又大的香菇鋪在嫩綠的節瓜脯上,薄薄的蠔油芡,帶出瓜香菇香,蒸得軟滑的節瓜,還有少少爽口,不會過爛,節瓜的清香味非常吸引,時令的瓜菜特別好食,而且營養豐富,能提供人體所需元素,菜式雖然簡單,但做得好的餐廳卻很少,以後要多食几次,報答廚師的認真付出。👍
