今晚老婆要返學,又喺得小弟一支公,所以約咗親戚出嚟尖沙咀食吓飯,聚一聚,有幾間心水餐廳俾佢哋揀,佢哋話想食日本嘢,所以,嚟咗「樂酒場」大眾食堂暢食一番。揀呢度仲有個好處,對出就喺尖東站,小弟返屋企非常之方便。餐廳嘅用餐區喺二樓,但上樓梯一刻已經感受到 店家晌裝修上面嘅心思,樓梯兩旁貼滿和風舊式嘅手繪明星海報。而走進餐廳,地方好大,全木系,完全喺昭和時代嘅懷舊風,除咗啲枱櫈都喺復古風格之外,皆因四周圍牆上都貼有好多舊物件、海報……等等,不時都有睇日本嘅晨間劇,都見唔少呢類場景。再加上不停播日本舊歌,頗有氣氛。除咗一般嘅座位,近窗嘅一邊,更設有好大片榻榻米區域,真喺榻榻米式座位,唔喺扮嗰隻(即喺枱下開個窿可以放腳),所以,唔夠「腰骨」嘅朋友就揀番啲正常位好啲。而每個位,或每張枱下面,都放有擺背包或手袋嘅藤籃,其實我哋坐晌榻榻米呢邊,地板都好乾淨,就咗放問枱底都OK。作為居酒屋,食物自然有好多選擇,呢度主打喺啲牡蠣(生蠔)料理,此外,仲包括酒肴(前菜)、海老料理、刺身、沙律、肉料理、海之幸(海鮮料理)、串燒、一品、炒物、揚物、天婦羅、食事、鍋物……等等,真喺有啲花多眼亂。如果諗唔到食乜,可以

呢一款雞尾酒喺將水果糖漿加入燒酎度,再加少少鮮果粒、啫喱粒做裝飾,金魚鉢即喺我哋所指嘅金魚缸,賣相金黃亮麗,親友就話幾易入口,嗒落甜甜哋有啲果香,酒味又唔算好重,不過嗒吓嗒吓,唔覺唔覺啲酒精先嚟料。

鯛魚魚湯泡飯(2人前)$238

食事方面,試咗呢個泡飯,話就話二人前,查實4個人都夠食,一大鍋份量十足。送到上枱時,鯛魚仲喺生嘅,所以,要煮一陣,用個漏斗計時3分鐘,一夠鐘熄火開蓋將魚肉浸一浸落啲湯咁就啱啱好,否則魚肉被啲餘熱煮得過熟。

個泡飯好好食,主要喺因為用咗魚湯嚟做,份外鮮甜,加上有好多大蔥、本菇同野菜,而鯛魚好新鮮,味道鮮甜,故此,令到整個泡飯真喺好食。
