以前係其他區有食過,今日經過金都見到就決定同朋友一齊食多次。餃子係肥胖胖同好飽滿,外皮係有彈性個種唔係薄皮。個人一向偏向厚身少少唔薄既餃子,因為鍾情有口感,配埋肉餡會幾豐富。今日加+8叫咗雙併餃,因為想食元貝豬肉+椰菜木耳豬肉,個人比較中意椰菜豬肉,因為食到爽脆既椰菜香、木耳都幾有口感,清淡得黎係有口感的,唔會有滯,個湯都係以前成日飲的粉葛湯,成件事好家常。朋友叫咗松茸豬肉煎餃,餃子即叫即煎,上台仲係熱口的。內餡豬肉比例會多少少,係到諗如果加少少黑松露可能會令松茸更出?Anyway係好重肉香既松茸餃,個人偏向菜餃。朋友叫多一碟皮蛋share,皮蛋有用傳統紅油汁,食落唔會太刺激,食到醋酸個種。另外加咗呢種成日會叫既:蜂蜜雪梨薏米水,個人一直都中意,因為唔太甜,而且粒粒薏米幾真材實料。

朋友叫咗松茸豬肉煎餃,餃子即叫即煎,上台仲係熱口的。內餡豬肉比例會多少少,係到諗如果加少少黑松露可能會令松茸更出?Anyway係好重肉香既松茸餃,個人偏向菜餃。
