是日牛總完成了大project, 終於有時間可以陪筆者食晚飯了Yeah! 平日晚上八時正到達, 訂了枱不用特別等候便可入座. 店內裝修走著歐陸風,水晶燈加上噴水池, 感覺非常華麗. 枱與枱之間又不會排得很密, 坐得很舒服. Menu 選擇很多, 最後點選了法式芝士焗生蠔 (香脆煙肉)5 隻(HK$28/隻), 手工牛油香煎蟹餅(HK$138), 蟹肉忌廉汁扁意粉(HK$168), 紅酒燴牛肋肉意大利飯(HK$158).等了一會, 侍應先送上法式芝士焗生蠔 (香脆煙肉). 這道菜真的是色香味俱全. 芝士的香氣非常突出, 令人食指大動. 生蠔外層舖著滿滿的芝士和煙肉, 芝士表面沒有過份烤焦, 半溶的狀態烤得剛剛好, 其味道也恰到好處, 濃郁得來也不會死鹹, 也沒有蓋過生蠔的鮮味. 煙肉的香脆口感, 跟生蠔的柔軟質感, 口感的層次變得更加豐富. 主角生蠔的size也不小, 味道也鮮甜, 即使烤焗過後仍然保持水份, 沒有過乾的情況, 非常出色的一道!之後侍應送上手工牛油香煎蟹餅. 賣相非常精緻和colourful, 金黃的蟹餅配上翠綠的沙律菜,擺盤上看得出有花心思. 蟹餅的炸漿非常薄脆也不過於

之後侍應送上手工牛油香煎蟹餅. 賣相非常精緻和colourful, 金黃的蟹餅配上翠綠的沙律菜,擺盤上看得出有花心思. 蟹餅的炸漿非常薄脆也不過於粗糙, 入口不會刮損口腔, 真好! 一絲絲的蟹肉, 略帶鮮甜, 加入了粟米粒, 蕃茄碎和洋蔥粒增加口感和水份,  外脆內軟真的很滋味. 伴碟的沙律菜夠新鮮,給稍經油炸的蟹餅帶來一點輕盈和清新.


接著便是蟹肉忌廉汁扁意粉, 賣相帶點夢幻, 試一口, 意枌口感al dente, 蟹肉味道非常濃郁突出, 加上芝士整體感覺creamy, 味道剛剛好又不會太膩,, 配上露筍的清新, 很不錯. 


紅酒燴牛肋肉意大利飯, 牛肋肉的分量也不小, 試一口, 牛肋肉非常淋軟, 牛味十足, 有驚喜! 意大利飯煮得剛好, 沒有過淋或過生, 仍帶點咬口, 紅酒汁味道濃厚, 丁點的果酸香中和了醬汁的平衡度令整體不會過份鹹, 也挺好的. 



侍應服務不錯, 牛總有點咳嗽, 整餐飯也想飲暖水, 侍應也不斷幫忙奉上, 值得一讚. 


吃飽飽, 之後去Donki shopping.
