香煎鵝肝,香芒杏仁伴法式軟包配砵酒汁,煎得香噴噴,肥美油潤微微羶香更有風味!沾上所有醬汁慢慢嘴嚼,味道細膩豐富多變,間歇夾雜配料助興,百花齊放別具一格!

蜜糖烤法國鴿子胸,全晚我最欣賞就是這道菜!鮮紅嫩肉配上勁彈的肉質被黏滑鴿皮包著,掉入口中細味,鴿肉甜美香醇,油脂甘香無比,啖啖結實而水潤多汁。夾埋洋薊、蘑菇、橙鴿子汁同吃,更是如虎添翼,天衣無縫,爆燈滿分﹗親愛的吃不到太生,唯有退回翻煮,再次出現眼前時已變成全熟而乾身,味道還可以。

忌廉白蘭地酒龍蝦湯,在食客們面前堂煮,永遠都最有氣勢、最有功架!先兜炒龍蝦肉,倒下白蘭地放火消一消,最後加龍蝦湯同煮,上檯前來幾滴忌廉點綴一下搞掂!幼滑湯汁有著忌廉的甜美,龍蝦湯底特濃無可挑剔,精髓在放燒過的白蘭地,味道更香更濃,還有一絲酒甜味道使得更神秘,更想飲多兩啖探個究竟。

檸檬雪芭,連番戰鬥幾回進入下半部前黎杯清爽甜品休息一下,少少甜、少少酸,冰凍透心涼,讓味蕾預備妥當迎接主菜出場。

胡椒牛柳,最愛 medium rare 嫩紅 3 成就最食到牛肉原味。表面撲面黑椒碎加上蔥花,黑椒辛辣味撲面而來,中出鋸開檢查,師傅煎得分毫不差,高超剛剛好!鬆化味濃的外層,嬌嫩綿綿的紅肉,暖笠笠的牛肉味濃,有著黑椒辛辣帶甜的味道。我最愛捲埋薯蓉一齊食,格外嫩滑香味,好好味啊﹗

甜白酒,甜味濃到似梅酒。甜品拼盤,乾果配芝士及餅乾。黑朱古力梳乎厘,濃濃味道搭鬆軟綿密質地。熱齋啡,油潤黏嘴作完美句號。
