忙完一日既工作,總想好好享受一餐,櫻田係我首選。早幾日去食,而家先有時間分享嗰日見波波師父拆箱,原來有魚返左黎,我梗係即係叫師父介紹啦~條魚我唔記得叫咩名喇,但好鮮甜,師父話似“雞泡魚”,但我其實未食過雞泡魚刺身,平時都係食魚乾。一尾兩食,個頭就用黎煲湯。其實唔貴架,話晒酒店級數嘛,都係幾百蚊一條。同埋佢地而家返貨既魚,由2xx至5xx一條,有大有少,配合唔同客既需要,比以前好好多。一條唔夠喉,見佢有條三刀(堅係三刀,平時街既三刀係假貨),呢條人稱“魚王”,我未試過刺身呀,即刻又order 埋啦。呢條魚魚油豐富,魚味無之前嗰條咁濃但同樣鮮甜肉彈。好好味呀漬物送吓酒啦(餐廳送),傾吓計,再去下一 round 再黎個standard 刺身,5xx 成十件,件拖羅肥到唔捨得食又想食燒魚呀,鐘意佢地燒功特別,鹽燒~我地揀左條日本紅衫“系撚鯛”,一d都唔貴呀~大約3xx,燒埋比你,相比本地紅衫,呢個味道更鮮甜,肉質結實有彈性。呢d魚都係可遇不可求,每次返既靚貨都唔同架。人多去,可以再叫,未夠飽呀黎個北寄貝啦~又鮮又甜,擺置又靚,令人食得開懷……最後黎個主食,鐵板雞肉烏冬,正 好滿足既一晚。服務員

好滿足既一晚。服務員個個殷勤招待,次次都令人有賓至如歸既感覺。
