To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽朋友說這間自助晚餐不錯，剛朋友生日，就試下去。首先講下酒店的員工，每一個也很有禮和笑容。食物方面雖然不太多熱食，但海鮮種類也算多。即開生𧐢超大超鮮甜，酒店不停開，不會沒得吃，正！龍蝦超大，又是不停有，不用排隊取，可以慢慢食！蝦很新鮮，最特別有蛇羹，超正！還有青口，小龍蝦、長腳蟹，只是食海鮮已經足夠！剌身方面，雖然不太多種類，但三文魚也新鮮！雪糕方面，系出名的M字頭牌；超正，很多味道，好好食！今次真的十分滿意，所有食品新鮮好味，我和朋友食得很開心
