To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 於香港大酒店參加完喪禮後留在區內晚膳,可以坐成圍嘅中菜選擇似乎只有過兩條馬路就到嘅「富嘉閣」。講真原本都冇諗住寫文,所以連環境同餐牌都冇特別去影,無奈質素實在太麻麻先想俾個忠告大家。中式酒樓嘅大圓枱多數都有轉盤。年長嘅服務生都好客氣,只係推介嘅食物唔多掂。酥炸脆魚皮($38):尚算脆口嘅魚皮敗筆在於唔夠鬆化。涼拌海蜇($50):海蜇爽脆醒胃。陳皮香酥骨($148):排骨大件夾硬,好難先咬得開,加上唔酥脆,完全唔掂!蜜汁叉燒($98):肥肥家族一向食開肥叉,客氣啲評論,碟上零肥膏嘅叉燒健康得黎唔算特別嚡或硬嘅。海南土雞($180/半隻):好在只係叫咗半隻黎試咋,真係冇諗過海南雞會如此白賴晒兼冇油水,土雞肉又乾又粗糙,半絲嫩滑都冇,失敗到極!咕嚕油條蝦($138):反而以油炸鬼釀入蝦隻炸製出嘅咕嚕油條蝦酸酸甜甜,爽脆彈牙,新穎嘅組合甚有驚喜。紅酒牛尾($150):差不多每位服務生都推介一次嘅牛尾又硬又實,明顯火候未夠,未腍已經上枱。珧柱肉碎蒸水蛋($128):肉碎蒸蛋軟滑輕盈。蝦乾粉絲節瓜煲($118):節瓜切得夠幼,不過啲蝦乾就韌中帶粉,調味仲有啲腥,不吃也吧。豉汁煎釀三寶($138):
