To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日星期六天氣好好,我同朋友過嚟將軍澳海濱長廊散步,見到呢間多國菜嘅餐廳「Bacaba」,設有室內及室外座位安排,望住海景坐低慢慢享受午餐,藍天白雲特別有度假Feel。~招牌印式香料烤雞肉🍗$130(Bacaba House Chicken Tikkamint sauce)用香料酸奶醬醃製的雞肉🍗充滿印度風味,烤至美味帶點燒焦,雞肉juicy,配合薄荷優格醬更滋味;~泰式番木瓜沙律🥗$120(Thai Papaya Salad fried shrimps, Calamari)天氣熱就好想食啲開胃菜,泰式青木瓜沙律🥗配上彈牙爽口嘅魷魚鮮蝦,味道酸酸辣辣,食落好清爽;~瑪格麗塔批薩(中)🍕$135(Margarita tomato base buffalo mozzarella)呢度嘅薄餅🍕有好多款式,即叫即做,超強拉絲嘅莫札瑞拉起司、紅色的番茄醬,薄餅乾身酥脆,對這種披薩十分鍾愛。
