星期六黎到尖沙咀,突然想食餐好既開始呢個週末,之前係日本想食水產店又冇食到,決定今日食一食佢!同日本食飯一樣,一開始叫杯野飲,呢到high ball酒味重,睇黎都係重手野,抵飲!一開始係沙律前菜,蕃茄去皮加上麻醬同好滑既豆腐,食落清新,好岩夏天食用!跟住叫左刺身五點盛同我最愛既赤貝!同日本出名既連鎖水產店唔同,呢到刺身水準好好,海膽唔會有苦澀味同時其他魚都好厚好鮮,赤貝一樣海水味重,口感因為大隻所以比較軟身但同時裙邊爽口!主角當然係各種水產燒烤啦,帆立貝分別叫左海膽同松葉蟹膏味,蟹膏味道比較突出,同帆立貝燒格外鮮甜。甲羅燒就叫左味增同黑松露味,黑松露味道濃厚,同蟹膏好夾,用黎撈飯更加係一絕。最後仲有鮑魚殻燒,其實係日本好少會叫鮑魚黎燒,所以今次試下佢,由於全程都係店員幫我地燒,所以質地燒得剛剛好,由其鮑魚燒得好好,口感好彈牙。最後仲有個蠔鍋飯,蠔味十足,重味既青椒比較少,黃同紅椒比較多,食落好甜,每粒飯都有汁包住,感覺師傅幾用心主理。總結係香港食水產店材料新鮮同時又有好多味道配合,比起日本食多左一啲新嘗試,店員態度好好又會幫手處理食材,值得再黎!
