To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記小菜王係米芝蓮推介中菜館。路邊既霓虹燈牌可以容易就睇到餐廳。座位位於一樓,有大枱又有卡位適合一家大細聚餐。涼拌海蜇手撕雞麻醬同日本芥辣嘅醬汁調較得好平衝,唔會太過分嘅wasab刺激,手撕雞好爽滑,配搭爽口嘅海蜇,仲有清爽青瓜絲。拔絲鳳梨咕嚕肉咕嚕肉炸得火口啱啱好,鎖得住肉汁,外層香脆,鳳梨同埋少少糖收汁,甜味平衡到個酸味。十分開胃。小炒王招牌菜果然名不虛傳,炒功一流,味道鑊氣都好夠,撈飯食真係唔只食一碗。經典大馬站煲即係馬拉版嘅豆腐火腩,底汁改用蝦醬,夠驚喜。比用蠔油做底嘅港式火腩,更加香。我同朋友都鐘意呢個大馬煲
