呢個月出bonus係值得對自己好啲,邀請埋屋企人嚟到上環蘇杭街食omakase。舖頭位於酒店3樓,有七至八個位沿着吧枱,另外後邊有間VIP房。晚餐有醐set 同醍 set 嘅選擇,主要分別係前者有四款刺身,sushi六件,後者有六款刺身。最後決定了醐set ,似乎都已經好夠食。刺身交碟魚好有印象,連埋魚皮同魚子一齊食好fresh好香口。另一種刺身有煙燻氣味既櫻花木鏗魚加紫菜甜醬,兩秒食晒。熟食有八爪魚,唔算係全熟,有少少生保持入口質感,上面有木之芽葉 refreshing。sushi包括北海道金綫鯛,葉血引魚,活赤貝,白蝦柚子汁同埋飄雪米鹽 toro。拖羅嘅粒鹽好正,鹽慢慢有融雪效果,睇咯已經唔捨得食。整體壽司好新鮮,活赤貝咬落仲有一絲絲彈牙嘅肉質。最後個湯係舞茸菇,全家人飽到捧住個肚好happy。
