To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為喺附近返工,所以耐唔中都會嚟呢度飲茶。環境唔錯,點心都幾好味,最中意食呢度嘅避風塘蘿蔔糕同上湯炸粉果。但呢度嘅服務就每況愈下,首先之前一晚打電話confirm booking,聽電話果位女士話自己好忙叫我第二日朝早先再打嚟!?另外棗紅色制服嘅侍應只會照顧熟客,成日圍住熟客果幾張檯幫佢哋加茶清檯。對無塞錢入佢哋衫袋嘅客就視而不見,明明張檯好多籠同碟又唔清,無茶又唔加,要揮手叫先會加。得閒就去熟客檯傾計,仲要幫人拆魚骨,點心錯單催咗幾次都無用,最後等咗45分鐘等到發火要取消。原來經理都係咁,又係掛住同熟客傾計愛理不理,呢個價錢咁嘅服務,擺明係趕客出面大把好選擇
