To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友話要食片皮鴨,可以食夜少少真係無邊幾間有,最後揀咗旺角北京樓食。前後叫咗好多度菜式,菜式太多,挑選一啲比食評大家睇睇🤗鍋貼5隻$88個底煎得幾香脆,皮既厚度適中,唔會食落有麵味,不過我略嫌佢裏面冇乜湯汁,不過香口搭救。生煎飽5隻 $88睇到相都知道煎到好香口,底部香脆,反而生煎包裏面有湯汁,生煎包比鍋貼優越北京炒拉麵$138面係烏冬,望落有色,但食落冇乜味,同埋冇配料,感覺好寡,呢個價錢唔係咁抵食蔥燒海參$388海參都大條,口感爽脆,網絡好濃味,但其實味道淡淡地。筍殼魚 $338隻條魚係炸既,炸既話鮮味一定無,但厚肉,同香口搭夠片皮鴨$380優點係每塊皮都有張蒸籠子隔住,缺點係下面嘅熱力唔夠強面層皮好快就變涼。片皮鴨好食,皮脆肉嫩,配埋京蔥青瓜同醬汁好惹味
