Had a birthday dinner celebrating my frd’s birthday back in September this year, I told the staff that it’s for bday celebration and was told that the birthday message will be written on the plate of our dessert.We reached the restaurant and I reminded the staff that its for birthday, and reconfirm with them that the birthday greeting will be ready once dessert is served.4 different dessert was ordered and NONE of them carried any birthday message. Had a birthday dinner celebrating my frd’s birthday back in September this year, I told the staff that it’s for bday celebration and was told that the birthday message will be written on the plate of our dessert.

We reached the restaurant and I reminded the staff that its for birthday, and reconfirm with them that the birthday greeting will be ready once dessert is served.

4 different dessert was ordered and NONE of them carried any birthday message. This is so disappointing! Do you think it’s a good idea to ask the waitress to bring it back to the kitchen and redo it for us?
