There are many Chiu chow restaurants in the neighborhood, but this one reins supreme. This is a non pretentious restaurant that has one goal in mind, to serve up the best goose and Chiu chow marinade in town. You don’t come here for the decor as it’s a very small shop with only 3 tables, but over the years I have come I have always had an amazing experience, both dine in and take out. This is a non pretentious restaurant that has one goal in mind, to serve up the best goose and Chiu chow marinade in town. You don’t come here for the decor as it’s a very small shop with only 3 tables, but over the years I have come I have always had an amazing experience, both dine in and take out. The service is good if you know them well and will always treat you right. This is one of the secret Gems in HK and will always be my go to place for Chiu chow. Must try are the goose, goose liver, and goose intestine. Honestly everything else is good including the squid, pig intestine, duck tongue, pig ear etc all amazing!
