The Envoy is a bar located within The Pottinger Hotel on a historical Pottinger Street. I was impressed by the Indian Signature dish of Panipuri. It is a type of snack that a crisp fried dough balls are stuffed with potatoes, sprouts and sweet chutney. Wonderful experience!
