Do not suggest to order custom made cake here, the attitude of the workers in the shop is extremely unhelpful and bad, showing all kind of signs that they don’t want to deal with cake orders. The so called customer made service isn’t really custom made but just to choose what they have on the website and add extra money for the change of name. No communication from office to retail shops, very chaotic arrangements. Website has problem and jump dates with unclear information! A very horrible expe

A very horrible experience I had, only suggest to buy what they have in shop but do not try their custom made cake service!
