The Envoy 在 Pottinger Hotel 3樓，蠻有風格，走 decent chill 路線，以cocktails 為主打，有 Signature cocktails menu, Seasonal cocktails menu, Classic cocktails menu 及 Spirit free cocktails menu. 我看過，大概有50種 cocktails可供選擇，在城中已算少有了，点了The Governor, Early Bird 及 Murder on the Orient Express, 第一杯好適合男人飲，化較 strong, 有 Port, Carpano, Rum 再加了些杏果汁，不太甜。第二杯 Early Bird是這裏賣相最好的 Cocktail, 女仕特別適合飲，有 Vodka 再加了 lemon, pineapple, passion fruit等，比較清新，酒精低。第三杯是 Murder on the Orient Express, 主要是 Gins 加了些 spiced tomato mix, 是 bloody mary那種風
