前日(4-4-2024 Thur)清明節,晏晝同老公返到荃灣,又回收咗啲嘢,辛苦完一輪就要搵地方坐低飲吓嘢,但喺呢頭走去荃新天地嗰啲商場嗰啲又冇厘新意,諗起食過嘅呢間(上次食評係2020年3月3日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/yeah-%E6%97%A5%E6%9C%AC%E5%AE%B6%E5%BA%AD%E8%8F%9C-e5332384),重有啲千層調色板未食,於是行嚟,到門口,睇到有新甜品喎,係炸厚多士,但只限外賣,咁睇吓其他小食啦,有三文治,一於再嚟呢間.入到去,啱啱剩返我哋上次坐嗰個位,於是坐低同睇menu研究,最後要咗:1. $42.00嘅脆炸粗薯條(連黑松露醬,茄汁同特製明太子醬)呢個熱騰騰,外脆內軟仍唔油,好正.而佢嘅黑松露醬正常夠味;特製明太子醬就有啲稀,佢唔辣嘅,不過唔知點解老公話食到藥水味,我就食唔到喇.脆炸粗薯條5分黑松露醬5分特製明太子醬3分2. $64.00嘅伯爵吉士配麻糬肉鬆千層調色板有伯爵,自製麻糬,肉鬆同黑糖醬.呢個食到伯爵茶味,吉士醬其實唔甜,麻糬係偏向軟腍腍.而成個味道都唔錯嘅
