Black Fungus (depends on serving size)
2-3 Corianders
Seasoning
1/2 Bowl Zhengjiang Vinegar
Diced Garlic (whole garlic)
2 Teaspoons Doubanjiang
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Facing Heaven Pepper (optional)
Method
1.Rinse black fungus thoroughly
2.Boil water in wok (half full)
3.Add black fungus when the water is boiled, cook for 1 minute.
4.Soak black fungus in iced water
5.Dry it and serve it on plate, season. Ready to serve.
Tips
Iced water is critical for the crunchy texture.
