Ingredient and Portion
600g Japanese Pumpkin
200g Potato
200g Salad Cream (Mayonnaise)
Method
1.Peel off skin from Pumpkin and cut it into pieces, put into oven for 200◦C for 20 minutes, mash it until there is no lumps.
2.Remove the potato skin and steam it until cooked, cut it into cubes of 1cm.
3.Mix the pumpkin paste, potato dices and salad cream together, use lettuce for garnishing; ready to serve.
