To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來揾定资料去南山邨一問叫嘉湖噶食肆, 殊不知去到, 佢居然關上門. 見佢左边有間属屋邨型噶茶記叫新南山冰室, 見价錢都係街坊价, 就佢啦. 點左下午茶餐XO乾炒牛河$39, 凍飲加$3.有驚喜喎, 出到尼色澤明, 調味恰到好處, 用韭菜洋蔥芽菜伴炒, 牛肉食到唔算韌, 尼個年頭,一碟似樣噶牛河都唔係話想要就即刻食到㗎.食到咁上下, 忽然見到女侍應攞住一客炒得幾似樣又知係乜噶嘢出尼奉客, 多口問下, 係南山特色炒丁, 即刻加碼追叫左一碟, 尼到昅下, 原來係用火腿虾仁同义燒去炒丁丁麵, 但食唔出佢有何特色有何性格, 但總体都算合格噶, 但講真, 都係XO 乾炒牛河勝幾筹. 話時話, 尼度D 辣椒油幾辣下,我都食開辣㗎,但都覺得幾Kun 下,另外,餐廳用噶傳统红辣醬(粥舖用嗰種)太粘稠,已告知侍應, 希望佢哋改善啦, 各位, 寫尼篇食評都用左我成四個字, 越坐越凍, 人客也越尼越多, 现在係16:00了, 係時候走人, 再見各位! continue reading

南山邨大概有十年無踏足過,記得當年係又一城返工,放飯既時候都會同同事行過嚟食晏,南山邨有三間食肆特別記得,因為成日幫襯,沛華園、品香樓、新南山冰室,十年後既今日好開心重見到呢三間餐廳係度,畢竟係腦海都有段回憶。今次幫襯咗新南山冰室,記得當年有個拍 ”真情” 劇集既演員係度打過工,後來無做去咗做領隊,而老闆個樣無咩點變。當年只會食蛋包飯同焗海鮮飯,所以今次就叫咗下午茶餐既白汁海鮮焗飯,等咗陣就有得食,焗飯熱辣辣,而且重有好多配料,雖然唔係啲咩名貴海鮮,只有蟹柳、蜆肉、蝦、蘿蔔、蘑菇,不過味道唔錯,而且一路食回憶一路係腦海浮現 “味道背後總是留著一絲回憶”凍檸茶夠清新 👍🏻 時間過得好快,轉眼間已經十年,不得不承認自己真的老了。 continue reading

讀大學果陣黎過幾次食蛋包飯!!!有陣時會冇得食架~好在今日都有!!!yeah~~~今次係去食下午茶!兩個人一人一個餐 😆 😆 😆 食左一個蛋包飯餐,咖哩汁+雞扒咖哩汁係港式咖喱,吾係日式咖喱甘甜!我中意呢個多過日式咖喱!!!!佢既蛋吾會太熟!岩岩好雞扒夠多!吾會好少,不過大食既朋友仔可能就吾係幾夠啦!另一個餐叫左西多士加雞翼餐!食左個西多士先記得影相📸️ 因為實在太好食啦哈哈 一下子就食哂,真係屍都冇淨!哈哈大推!!!!大家去真係食下個西多士!佢吾會好似其他西多士甘,完全冇果啲好油既感覺!!同埋入面醬既比例very good !!!!好正啊,最簡單既野真係最難整啊!!! continue reading
