To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🥘 十年前的回憶 🥘

南山邨大概有十年無踏足過，記得當年係又一城返工，放飯既時候都會同同事行過嚟食晏，南山邨有三間食肆特別記得，因為成日幫襯，沛華園、品香樓、新南山冰室，十年後既今日好開心重見到呢三間餐廳係度，畢竟係腦海都有段回憶。今次幫襯咗新南山冰室，記得當年有個拍 ”真情” 劇集既演員係度打過工，後來無做去咗做領隊，而老闆個樣無咩點變。當年只會食蛋包飯同焗海鮮飯，所以今次就叫咗下午茶餐既白汁海鮮焗飯，等咗陣就有得食，焗飯熱辣辣，而且重有好多配料，雖然唔係啲咩名貴海鮮，只有蟹柳、蜆肉、蝦、蘿蔔、蘑菇，不過味道唔錯，而且一路食回憶一路係腦海浮現 “味道背後總是留著一絲回憶”凍檸茶夠清新 👍🏻 時間過得好快，轉眼間已經十年，不得不承認自己真的老了。
