牛肋骨的骨就已經去除掉了,只剩下肉,吃起來的口感非常鬆化,而接近筋的部位口感軟糯,而且保留到不少的肉汁,再經過炸香,多加一份香脆的口感!吃這個配了一個酸辣甜汁,其中辣椒味比較突出,但不會很辣,能解膩。
