行行下觀塘見到呢間超級超級超級靚嘅小店,充滿峇里風情,環境好舒服,staff都好好人,食物時間預得好好,仲提我哋要預20分鐘整梳乎厘!香蔥鴨肉芝士墨西哥薄餅超香鴨肉味,一切開就有鴨油,再而係芝士味,溶至拉絲狀態,再加上蔥油,勁香口,而且一啲都唔滯!牛小排紅咖哩意大利飯牛小排煎到七成左右,配上唔會好辣嘅紅咖哩味,每粒飯都掛滿紅咖哩,仲有啲豆同埋菠蘿,食完都唔會滯唔會膩,番茄仲煮得好淋,一咬就係天然茄汁!白酒牛油煮魷魚拌香辣茄子醬初頭驚酒味會濃,但唔會好濃!所以一啲都唔苦,反而係茄子醬超級香,又唔會好鹹,兩者好夾,佢比起紅咖哩會再辣啲,魷魚都好彈牙!重點來了!Tiramisu梳乎厘班戟!好大份!好好食!唔會好甜,咖啡味好香嘅tiramisu!梳乎厘微暖,再加朱古力醬,超級正,呢個一定要嗌!焦糖餅咖啡超得意!係廚師自己整嘅焦糖脆餅!我哋拎一塊出嚟食,超級脆,好香嘅焦糖黑糖味!遇水溶於咖啡turn out好好飲,咖啡味重過焦糖味,好正!陳皮洛神花茶一開頭係微微花香甜味,飲到最後,陳皮味出晒嚟,鹹鹹哋,好舒服,有安神作用! continue reading

放工約左朋友食飯,揀左帶佢去觀塘一間好多人鍾意嘅靚靚裝修西餐廳。餐廳裡裡外外都有唔少打卡位,而且食物味道相當唔錯,所以都有穩定嘅捧場客。前菜我哋點咗香酥魷魚泰式柚子沙律🥗。香酥魷魚非常鮮味!配合柚子同番石榴子酸酸甜甜,加埋少少辣嘅source,口感清新惹味,好開胃,欣賞。朋友鍾意食海鮮,於是點左白酒牛油忌廉汁煮澳洲新鮮藍青口,醬汁味道都幾香濃。不過更好味嘅係主菜,因為我鍾意食pasta,所以我哋點咗原隻赤海蝦刺身香濃蝦汁意大利麵,上枱已經覺得好吸引,食落果然好鍾意,因為意粉真係有好香濃嘅蝦汁,而且上面嘅蝦非常大隻,絕對係刺身級別。呢個我絕對可以encore食多碟!最後點都一定要試吓呢度最出名嘅疏乎厘班戟。法式焦糖custard 疏乎厘班戟味道並不太甜,但custard 做得好香,每人一件食完都唔覺得罪疚😛😌難怪成為餐廳嘅名物之一。值得一提係餐廳嘅飲品都唔錯,我哋要咗宇治抹茶鮮奶同埋陳皮洛神花茶。抹茶鮮奶有好香嘅抹茶味,又係唔係太甜,啱晒我。至於陳皮洛神花茶,陳皮味好重,應該係靚陳皮,都幾消滯開胃😊埋單兩個人食飽飽大概六百多元,以餐廳嘅食物同環境質素而言,性價比都唔錯👍🏻下次會繼續光顧🌻 continue reading
