第一間就去左rosewood既印度餐廳chaat當時staycation無食到除左正路都係揀番中西餐呢個原因之外更大原因係呢間chaat係極之難book基本上係唔會搵到你想食果個日子咁佢地每個月第一日既十點就會開放下一個月既booking所以當時結完婚第二日就要即刻上網book好在開關後香港餐廳開始少左人叫做book到個星期日夜晚時段隔左半年再次黎到rosewood當係慶祝新婚啦門口就隱藏係5樓foodcourt既一角係比較近k11 musea果邊入口既chaat係22年開始得左到米芝蓮一星成為香港唯二有星星既印度餐廳由原本已經難訂既餐廳變得難上加難今年23年係連續兩年得到星星亦都係瑰麗唯一一間有星既餐廳成續比起扒房同中菜更突出當時總廚仲係由大肥佬Manav Tuli擔任不過而家已經過檔佳民集團開左新既印度餐廳leela應該都係未來奪星既熱門餐廳近門口有個酒bar再入d擺左唔同既香料仲有部石磨機餐廳地方唔算大就只有個L型大廳大概都係坐3,40人左右梳化位後面係半開放式廚房不過就見唔到果位大肥佬我地就坐近窗邊圓檯比起二人檯寬落不過rosewood餐廳大部份座位都無正海景外面會多左個露檯位單點餐牌就好簡單得一頁永遠都係飲品更多佢都有set menu既不過我就覺得唔太抵食跟番佢單點減番唔啱食既應該會更好未點菜就已經上左個餐前小食有四塊薄脆都唔只係每人一口咸咸地都有d辣都係食佢既醬又可以用黎點之後samosa跟果隻乳酪醬或者咖哩印度呢種鬼地方我應該永遠都唔會踏足不過去印度餐廳就有必點既mango lassi比出面貴兩三倍都成舊水一杯而且仲要細細杯但係飲落勁濃厚杰身杰到好似飲緊杯乳酪咁跟住個set menu叫既前菜就係咖哩角基本上每一檯必點既指定食物佢將傳統三角形既咖哩角改造變成甜筒形狀焗出黎渣上手唔會太油膩而且入面係果肉變埋素食再配埋個乳酪醬好開胃仲有道餡料脆餅都係好多人點既菜式不過我見好似會整到散晒有d難搞就無點到炭烤類別單點都唔貴不過因為叫左butter chicken所以就無叫到炭烤雞點左炭烤和牛面肉真係同平時食到鞋鞋地既牛扒唔同話係炭燒過堅係有肉汁輕鬆就可以切得開非常之淋唯一可惜就係份量唔多食完唔太夠喉下一道係butter chicken佢都有跟番set menu個順序上因為老婆唔食得辣呢樣都係燉煮類別入面唯一無辣椒標誌既咖哩都惹味所以係一定要配番塊naan先得88蚊四塊上檯仲有熱度未算好燶亦都唔係話好脆成塊餅煙煙韌韌所有野都啱啱好非常之好食甜品餐牌係朱古力naan同kulfi之間掙扎左好耐隻甜品碟幾靚最後都係揀左個naan甜品但佢上檯既係kulfi以為落錯左單但侍應話因為個薄餅寫唔到字所以送左個kulfi比我地超驚喜結果兩樣招牌甜品都有齊kulfi即係印式雪糕條下面係米粉撈埋一齊食有兩種口感幾特別另外個朱古力naan都係餐廳招牌之一話係總廚係以前間餐廳創出黎既得意菜式再配埋雪糕甜上加甜不過呢個naan同之前食果塊唔一樣呢個係比較脆同埋配料都係碎晒會食到成檯都係原本食完主菜就真係未夠飽既但食完呢兩個甜品就真係飽到上心口好滿足洗手間係餐廳最入面係獨立廁所黎雖然係米芝蓮餐廳但未算fine dining咁食咁耐上檯都幾快未坐夠兩個鐘都已經食完好飽一個前菜三個主菜一個甜品一杯飲品仲有一個送既甜品加埋都唔洗千二蚊夜晚食米芝蓮一星餐廳都幾抵食而且真係好飽食物有特色味道亦都唔錯環境就無fine dining咁拒謹現場仲有d嘈呢餐飯算食得幾輕鬆係入夜之後環境都幾黑侍應就大部份都講英文就正常瑰麗水準有禮貌既後尾出去露台影相終於見到肥佬總廚係度同人吹水不過佢而家就已經離開左下次可以試下佢間新既餐廳 continue reading

I tried out the #tastingmenu at @chaathongkong in @rosewoodhongkong. I am not usually a fans of #indianfood but the chaat had definitely turned me into one😍 Here are some of my favourite in each course✨Starter - Baked SamosaI was absolutely stunned by the jackfruit meat, like how meaty it was. The best vegan meat I have ever had which tasted like braised beef. The meat was completely soaked into the flavourful sauce. Love that✨Mains - Tandoori Wagyu CheekTandoori is an Indian cooking style which meat is cooked in a clay oven 🔥 so I like how these wagyu cheek tastes so much more tender than charcoal grilled ones. It tastes perfect with the Indian spices 🌶️Mains - Old Delhi Butter Chicken 🧈🐔THE CLASSICS 🥘 it’s a must try in every Indian restaurant! The waiter told us about the origins of the butter chicken. It started since the wartime.
