To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日朋友過嚟香港玩,其實好搞笑,第一次過嚟香港玩嘅朋友呢都一定想去蘭桂坊,應該都係情懷,嚟咗呢間法國菜食嘢,法式焗蝸牛,個頭比較細碟,但係啲肉質都幾靚嘅,我比較鍾意鴨髀配鴨油煎薯仔,個鴨皮酥脆,鴨肉嫩滑,攞個梗去輕輕地一掂就會散出嚟啦,鴨油煎薯仔好粉,然之後個油脂味係好香,反而唔會有腥味,唔錯,焗香草蒜蓉大虎蝦,人頭一個適量啱啱好,蝦肉緊實,香草蒜蓉味好香。意粉就唔係好推薦,硬咗啲,而且會覺得好膩。

同朋友嚟到蘭桂坊搵食,見到好多人都分享呢間法國菜質素唔錯,價錢仲相對親民~ 🐌法式焗蝸牛雖然只係簡簡單單用香草同牛油去處理,但已經係法國菜最佳配搭。蝸牛味道濃郁,每粒都焗得軟滑又有咬口,口感極佳🦞龍蝦湯口感十分黏口龍蝦湯,感覺就像用了幾十隻龍蝦濃縮而成。非常高質又夠味。🥢黑松露醬野菌意粉黑松露醬和野菌配料完全不遜色,上枱時發現香氣十足,大量黑松露醬放在意粉上面。每一口意粉都衝擊着濃郁味道。🥢香草燒黑毛豬鞍架配焗薯黑毛豬食材質素較高,油脂分布均勻。就算係厚切切開後都不會太乾,肉質飽滿,鬆軟美味🥢甜品Tiramisu味道夠正宗,不太甜,作為今餐完美總結*酒類同飲品類做緊推廣買一送一,梗係唔好錯過

口感十分黏口龍蝦湯,感覺就像用了幾十隻龍蝦濃縮而成。非常高質又夠味。


🥢黑松露醬野菌意粉
黑松露醬和野菌配料完全不遜色,上枱時發現香氣十足,大量黑松露醬放在意粉上面。每一口意粉都衝擊着濃郁味道。


🥢香草燒黑毛豬鞍架配焗薯
黑毛豬食材質素較高,油脂分布均勻。就算係厚切切開後都不會太乾,肉質飽滿,鬆軟美味
